Programme Overview

Work on real venture validation and build projects inside HOPUN’s studio.

What You’ll Work On
Real projects across market research, user interviews, product specs, growth experiments, and operations for active ventures in the studio.
Who Should Apply
Students and early‑career professionals (0–3 years) who want practical startup experience and a portfolio of real work.
Duration
Typically 8–12 weeks per cohort, with flexibility based on project scope and your availability.
Time Commitment
Around 15–25 hours per week, depending on the project. Some fellows participate part‑time alongside studies or work.

What Fellows Do

You’ll be embedded in active venture projects, not busywork.

Market & User Research
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to validate problems and opportunities for new ventures.
Product & MVP Support
Help define product requirements, user flows, and MVP scopes; coordinate with designers and engineers.
Growth & GTM Experiments
Design and run early acquisition experiments, content pieces, landing pages, and outreach campaigns.
Operations & Analytics
Set up basic ops workflows, track key metrics, and create dashboards to monitor venture progress.
